Notice is hereby given that a Special Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Livingston County Nursing Home District, will be held on Tuesday, January 23, 2024, at 2:00 P.M., or as soon thereafter as may be convened. Said meeting is to be held in the Conference Room at Morningside Center, 1700 Morningside Drive, City of Chillicothe, County of Livingston, State of Missouri, for the following purposes:

1. Pre-Bid Meeting for the HVAC Building Project and any and all matters that may come before the Board.
