Assistant Director of Nursing
The Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) will assist in ensuring the nursing department provides consistent, attentive, and efficient care to residents. The ADON is responsible for monitoring nursing staff, nursing activities, and resident care, as well as ensuring nursing activities are in compliance with federal, state, and facility standards.

Dietary Supervisor
The Dietary Supervisor oversees the daily operations of the food and nutrition services department in a skilled nursing facility. This role ensures compliance with federal and Missouri long-term care regulations, supports resident nutritional needs, and maintains high standards of food safety, sanitation, and service quality. The supervisor works closely with a Registered Dietitian and facility leadership to deliver safe, nutritious, and appealing meals to residents.
